How many times a week do you do it?

LOL! NO, NOT THAT! ;) I want to know how many times a week do you put on full make-up! I try...believe me I do, but I only manage to get all my make-up once or twice a week if I'm lucky. I always do foundation and eye-liner, but anything more is a bonus. And I never wear lipstick. I just don't like it. I do feel better when I have all my make-up on. Guess I need to get up earlier. :(

I'm about the same. I do foundation and mascara everyday but I only get the rest done on days that dh is coming home:)

If I leave the house I wear makeup. Don't want to scare the neighbors ya know! LOL

I got out of the habit of doing it for a while... I got lazy I guess. Then one day when I had to be somewhere right after work I got myself all made up and when one of my parents came to pick up her kids she went on and on about how nice I looked with my make up on. I had three other parents ask me why I was all dressed up and where I was going... I decided that if I looked THAT much better, I'd better get going and start wearing it again. LOL On the weekends I usually let it slide until I'm going somewhere but otherwise I'm usually always wearing it.

I wear just eyeliner mostly every day, and sometimes I also wear mascara (about once a week). It's just too much trouble to put on anything else!! Maybe once every month or so, I will put on powder and lipstick too. :)

I always put the same thing on every day..boring I guess. I'm out somewhere every day it seems and my eyes look lost without mascara so I wear that and blush every day. On occasion I wear eye shadow and some lip tint - not a fan of lipstick either.

I wear foundation everyday and lipstick. Most of the time I will put on a little blush and some eyeshadow too...I don't wear mascara (I just curl my eyelashes, they are dark) unless I am getting gussied up.

Well, I'm glad to hear I'm normal...in THIS respect anyway! LOL! ;)

I know what you mean about feeling like you must look much better with make-up, Diane...when I do put it all on, ds says, "Wow, Mommy...you look beautiful!" LOL! Makes me think I should do it every day!

I bet this topic gets lots more hits than posts! ;) I won't take it personally, though! :P

Would be the reaction without it. In O magazine Oprah was not wearing makeup. The difference was amazinging. I don't think the difference with me is that dramatic, but I feel better in full make-up most every day.

I wear foundation, mascara and lipstick if I am leaving the house, otherwise usually just mascara at home. Whenever I put makeup on ds asks me, "Where are we going?" So it must make a difference for me, too!!! :)

I where makeup probably 2 times a week. You have to remember that some days I don't get out of my jammies!! LOL

Only put the stuff on when "going out"...wedding/outing etc.
Makes my face too itchy when I wear it. I just wish I could find "samples" of what I put on when I do wear makeup....mine all gets dried out for all I use it.

Glad to see I'm not the only one, lol! I'm just too lazy, I have things to do, places to go, and people to see, and I just don't have the time or energy to bother with the effort. HOWEVER... every once in a blue moon (about 3 times a year)I feel the need to "look pretty" and actually put it on-- I do own some, a gift from a thoughtful dh who understands my need to feel pretty every now and then, even though he says that I don't need it, and prefers me without it. Those days (ironically) are the days when I don't go anywhere, but just stay home, lol! Is that wierd or what?

it doesn't take long, I am in and out of the shower, dressed, in full "drag", hair dry in 30 minutes!!!! LOL

I'm another one that's abnormal. I only wear makeup on rare special occasions. as in I could count how many times a year. I do use night creams and lotions though. I did go out and buy some makeup since I am considering wearing it. Starting to feel really really dumpy when before I always was complimented on how great I looked.
