There's a really nice article about Curves in the new Woman's World Magazine (3 pages long). Just hit the shelves at my local store today. It goes into why it works and gives and at home version. I was only able to skim the magazine so far but the little I read made me want to join. Just need to buy a new house and two new vehicles first!
