I decided to write down what I eat today...and be really careful about what I eat.
Anyway...I'm sure I'll have a snack later but I only ate about 600 calories and 20 grams of fat. I'm not ttrying to starve my self. I just went alittle to far today.
I found a website http://www.caloriecontrol.org/
that told me that in order for me to loose the weight I want I need to be around 1000 calories a day. 1500 to stay where I am.
It also has a spot wher you can type in a food and they tell the nutrition info on it.
