Having several girls spend the night???? In between the giggleing and fun why not have them make beaded hair accessories and jewelry. You can purchase an instruction book with beads at Zany Brainy for $14.99 or save money and purchase the pieces in bulk at a craft store.
The girls will be busy creating accessories they will wear and be proud of their work. If you like the idea and would like more info e-mail me. You can also get some ideas from www.michaels.com. I believe www.familyfun.com also has jewelry ideas.
Other ideas for sleep overs are doing makeovers or manicure's and pedicures.
Add snacks, pizza, drinks and maybe a good movie and the girls are happy and entertained. Other than parental supervision this is an easy party on parents.
TIP: Parents... have the kids help in cleaning up for their guests and after the party. Make that part of the deal when talking about having the slumber party.

Partyplanner ~ you share some great party ideas and you seem really nice, but you really only post advertisements and it's hard to get to know you. :\ We would really love to have your be a part of our board and have you join in regular converstations, too. :)

Story...hmmm that's a hard one.....Doing much is the story of my life. My only time on the computer (currently splitting with my 4 yr old son and 2 yr old daughter) is while working or getting party ideas out there and also getting feedback. Now that we have summer weather my kids and I (and soon to be my 2 yr old neice that I will start babysitting here soon) will be spending a lot of time at our local water park called Wyandot Lake. I plan to do some interviewing with parents and kids getting their favorite home party ideas and also their dream party (if they could have any kind of party what would it be?) then compile the ideas and sort them into catagories (ie girls, boys, ages, themes etc) and create a resource page on a website that I hope to have the money to be created come fall. I am also now doing tasting parties with my gourmet food. That is my "mommy time out". <g>
Aside from work stuff we will be moving in 2 weeks (this has been a 3 month process) to a bigger house. We are excited it has just taken a long time to get things moving. We have decided to homeschool since I have been working with Drew (4yr old) on Kindergarten material since September and he is doing well. He was in pre-school but he got bored and ended up getting into trouble. So we are going to use the money for Karate Lessons and soccer instead. My all around athlete played spring soccer for the first time and did very well. He is currently in a summer bowling league which he loves. My darling daughter will not be out done by her brother and loves singing, dancing and coloring. I've realized she learns more by song so we make it fun to learn.
I've been married for almost 6 yrs to my highschool love. As for what I like to do I'm still trying to find that again. One of my goals this year is to read at least 3 books entirely (something other than Dr Suess <g>). I've read 2 so far which is a far cry from the last 2 yrs. I enjoy painting flower pots, parties of course, window shopping, and now getting into making beaded jewelry and hair accessories. I am already making my christmas list for this year.....a bike, roller blades and all necessary pads. This is so that I can learn along side of my son and also get back into shape.
I'm sorry that I've rambled on. I guess I'm making up for not joining in other conversations. Lately it is my kids, work and packing.
Thank you.....jump in to more topics....love new ideas....
