I ordered a program for my home day care (it wasn't cheap though $170), it works great and the cost is tax deductable. They might have something center based though. Good luck!!

I evaluated a couple sets of this type of software but I don't recall the names. Procare seems to ring a bell, but I am not sure. What I did was called several providers to find out what ones they were using then went from there. The ones I looked at seemed to come in modules. Therefore the costs were lower than if you had to buy it all. I do think both were at least $1000 for the minimum and went up from there. That may be somewhat inflated because the price is somewhat dictated by the number of students/children.
