View Full Version : Strength Training/Weight lifting
How many of you incorporate some sort of strength training into your workouts? Do you train for endurance or strength? And just for something to compare myself to, how much are you lifting/moving on the various types of machines? What types of things do you do? How long have you been doing this? How much have you improved? How long did it take to see results? Do you workout everyday, total body, or a different group each day, or do you only workout three times a week?
I use free weights of various different weights..up to about 20lbs..mine is more for toning. I do enough reps to get fatigued. I used to do machines but can't remember the weights I used..it was heavier than my free weights, but different kind of training.

Anything involvolving my by back and lats I can do about 120 lbs.
anything above my head I can only do 25lbs and I'm working for strength cuz I have bad deltoids. I'm taking an advanced weight lifting course at college this fall so I'm hoping to improve that.
