We have grilled red snapper with pico de gallo with grilled veggies and a spinach salad.
We are grilling hamburgers and hot dogs.
Grilled pork chops and potatoes here...probably some mushrooms and some green peppers too.

I don't have a clue. We had lunch at mom and dad's for dad's birthday, and I am still very full from that, so probably something simple.
I've got pepperoncini beef in the crock pot now. We're going to have it on sub rolls with Mojack cheese and grilled onions. Not sure what else.

Do the pepperoncinis make the beef spicy or just flavorful? I hear you guys talk about this recipe all the time and I'm afraid to try it because I'm afraid it will be spicy!
Jen, you can get the mild pepperoncini and it just adds flavor. (At least to me it's not spicy!) If you're still concerned you could probably just add the liquid from the jar and not put the peppers in. I like it with a little more zing so I get the medium peppers and throw the whole jar in, peppers and all.

I'm going to try it! It sounds SO good and my dh loves pepperoncinis.
You can also use it for burritos but we seem to like it best in a sandwich. :) Let me know how you all like it.
We love spicy food around here, but the kids found the whole jar dumped in rather spicy. The longer is sat in the meat, the spicier it got too! We loved ours on rolls with melted mozzarella
We love it too. Me more than everyone else. Though it does get a little spicier the longer it sits. I don't ever think it's too spicy. I love spicy - dh on the other hand does not.
