Not sure what we're having now that the kids are going to be gone with friends. Maybe I can talk dh into getting take out. :) Anyone fixing a nice, cool, summery dinner? I need ideas!

we are having poslish kilbasa, steamed cabbage and jello for dessert.....

Nothing really summery tonight. Going to make some chicken breasts, mashed potatoes, gravy and brocoli and corn.

Yea!! Dh and I are going out for Mexican! :) Your dinners sound good, too, Ronda and Renee... I love kielbasa with cabbage and have always had a weakness for mashed potatoes and gravy! (carb addict that I am, lol!)

We had grilled chicken breasts, mashed potatoes w/gravy, green beans, and fried okra.
