Dinner 7-12-03?

Is anyone going to cook tonight? We are going to grill something, but I am not sure what yet. We will probably have sandwiches for lunch.

No Ideas here...depends how this day goes. May just grab something downtown. We are planning to do the olive garden this weekend so maybe we'll do that while we wait for the fireworks. They are not unt 9:45.

Going to go to a friends' house and grill out...each family is bringing their own meat, and then I am bringing my marinated veggies.

Bought a Kraft pizza mix/kit to make pizza at home. We make individual ones in pie plates so each of us gets one we like! :lol:

Trying a new recipe for a squash casserole dh had at a company potluck. He says it tastes exactly like mexican chicken. We'll see. Also having new potaoes and green beans. Haven't decided yet if I'll make any kind of meat.

Decided we're grilling western style beef ribs. I will probably make mac and cheese and corn to go with it.

What a fun idea!! I'm going to have to do that w/dd - may have a sleepover and do that. I just love good ideas!! LOL
