Here I go again with this sinus infections again. I know some of you also suffer from sinus problems and allergies.
My question is do any of you have suggestions for how to deal with the Nausea. The crackers aren't cutting it. Hopefully I'll feel better in a day or so now that I have antibiotics. Any suggestions?
TIA
Oh, I'm sorry to hear you're feeling so icky. ((())) Unfortunately, I don't have much advice for you-- except I find just the scent of fresh oranges or tangarines to be soothing. You could try that. I hope you feel better real soon. :\

While I do have touchy sinus's, I'm lucky enough not to experience much with the nausea. But today, I was training on my driving route and my trainer commented on how everytime either she is a passenger, or she has one, the passenger gets car sick. I was feeling a little nauseous at the time but didn't want to fess up! Well, she carries mint lifesavers around because she loves them. After I took one, my nausea abated. There may be something to it since peppermint is supposedly a remedy for nausea and aids in digestion. Can't hurt to try it! I already bought a bagfull for tomorrow.
Cola's also work for me.

Thanks for the advice...I'll have to try the mints. I've started doing cola slurppies cause I had a doctor tell me that the cold and syrup would help. Right now it's better so hopefully won't be to much more.

You can buy cola syrup in the medicine section at stores. I think specifically for nausea. Personally I'd prefer my cola in soda or slurppie form!
