Wednesday dinner

Grilling red snapper, steamed brocolli & carrots, and a salad. Going to bake the apples tonite too.

Chicken something. Might do a casserole with all the veggies included so it's a one dish deal. Dh is running the sound board at church on Sunday so he's going to music practice tonight. Not sure when he'll be home but the casserole will heat well.
