Anyone know the recipe for stepping stone?

I'm going to a x-mas dinner and need a home made gift so i thought of the stepping stone made in an icecream bucket . It's a cement and water mixture with any objects for decor, but I can't remember the amount of cement to water. Does anyone know it? Thanks?
