HELP! with WordPerfect 10

I really messed up my Mom's Word Perfect settings and I'm not sure how to get them back.

I was trying to change the default font from 12 to 16 and not only managed to not do that, but now all of her toolbars are gone each time she opens a new document. :{ I've spent about an hour trying to figure out how to get everything back to default settings.

does wp10 have a restore factorydefault settings? That may work as long as she hasn't made several enhancements to the product

I'm not sure if it does or not. I'll check when I go back over there to see if I can find it.

It's supposed to have it, but I can't get it to work. :(
