Mid to late October is the time of year that we ALREADY go to Vegas, so we could be there in a heart beat!

Are we doing this????

I would have to talk to dh, but I would really love too. I would probably already be back in school so it probably would not work for me, but maybe I could be there some other time. Don't hold up for me though, like I think that you would. ROFL!!!

Like I said in the other post I have good connections (former classmates in high places) at the MGM grand and one other hotel Forgot the name-maybe the Aladin?)

I would LOVE to be able to meet all of you but don't count in seeing me there. :bawling: It's really hard for me to get the extra time off from work and this is when everybody is usually at their busiest. (the end of the year) I hope that at least some of you will be able to meet up... that would be so neat!!! Do you ever wonder, if we ALL got together... would we LIKE each other as much in person as we do on the board? I'm a great conversationalist on the board, but in person I'm usually a lot shyer. I wonder what it would be like if we actually met?? LOL

I agree... it would have been a lot of fun but unfortunately it just wouldn't work out for me or the families that I do day care for... I hope you'll be able to go!! It would be fun to meet and see what everybody looks like. :)

HORSE FEATHERS!!! we are talking about a WEEKEND!!!!! you don't do day care over a weekend!! you could fly out at 6 or gosh darn Diane take a day of vacation for ONCE!!!!!!!!!!!!! :P :{

Hi y'all. I was just "lurking" and saw this Vegas post, and had to look, of course. I don't want to go through 225 posts to figure out what you're all talking about (please don't make me read all those posts). But let me see if I get the jist of this: you're all thinking of meeting in Las Vegas in October? That would be sooo cool! It just so happens that I live just two hours north of there! Aaaaack! And by then I will have accrued like two days of vacation time. Am I following you correctly here? Way cool. And I get weekends off. If this is for real, I'm there.
