Whoa! Way to go!! You'll be down to nothing soon!

I joined American Family Fitness this morning - a 3 year commitment and I start w/my trainer on Friday.

Also, I broke down and got the South Beach Diet book yesterday. Dh and I are going to do this to get a jump start on our weight loss. I was so hesitant, but it I've seen it work and if we keep the carbs out or cut back I think we can maintain pretty well. This will be our last carb/weekend as we'll start Monday. LOL

I had to!!! I hated not liking what I saw in the mirror..not having all my beautiful clothes fit, not feeling good. It frustrated me so to have done the right thing by quitting smoking but gaining so much weight. Plus, my bp went up as did my blood sugar levels.

Huh! I threw out my fat clothes, so when these pants got too tight, I figured I better get my butt up and move it! LOL

Wow... that's so AWESOME!!! You must be feeling so good!!! I really need to get down to business and get my butt in gear too. I don't know why I haven't... I'd like to loose about 10 to 15 pounds, but I know it won't work unless I'M ready, and for some reason... I'm just not feeling it.   I've got SO many clothes that no longer fit... and it's darn depressing!!! Maybe this will give me an incentive to get going. Congratulations Ann!!!

Ann that's great. I am a bit jealous. Signed up for the mini and don't even think I can do a mile, let alone at anywhere close to a 9 minute pace.
