disco ball pinata

I got the idea to make one, but I'm not sure how to make it look 'mirrored'. Any ideas?
I figured I'd spray it silver, then maybe have to take a felt tip marker and make the lines vertically and horizontally to make it look mirrored - anything easier come to mind?

I think your way is probably the easiest, my only thought was covering it with squares of tin foil.

That's the first thing that came to my mind. :)

I was thinking tin foil too..then maybe spray it with a a laquer??

Just a thought.
