Can't believe it's Wednesday already... this week is going so fast again! LOL
Looks like another nice day. It's so nice being able to get the kids back outside... run off all of their pent up energy. They're on spring break this week, so the nice weather came just in time. :) I was thinking about taking them to the park later on today... but not too sure how wet/muddy the playground is. We'll see.
I went and got my hair cut last night... feels nice to have it short again. It was way too long and so hard to take care of. Takes half of the time now that it's short. I actually like myself in long hair better... but just don't have all that time to take care of it. :)
Otherwise... nothing planned. Hope you all have a great day today!
Diane...
Still digging out. Didn't do a darn thing productive yesterday except make dinner so today I have to get my behind in gear, but I don't want to!!! Times like this I wish I was Samantha Stevens and could just twitch my nose!!! (how's that for an obscure reference?? LOL )
Some kind of parent meeting at the high school tonite, should go, but again..don't want to! LOL
We sure sound like a sorry lot today, don't wek, lol. I have my last fitness class tonight, but I DON'T WANT TO GO :D
The temps are more spring like, the sun is shining, but that's going to change later this aft and we're going to get rain :(

Good morning everyone!! I'm on spring break this week and looking at the list of things I wanted to accomplish. I DON'T WANT TO DO ANY OF THEM!! Ds2 has an ortho appt this afternoon. Hope to find out when he gets his expander off. Beautiful spring weather here in Colorado. It is supposed to get to 80 today!!! My sisters and I have been busy planning my Mom's 70th bday party. We had a fun get together doing that yesterday. Guess I better get moving!! Have a great day!!
How odd! I don't wanna do anything either! It's like we've been hit by this huge wave of apathy. I've got crockpot granola in the crockpot and the bathrooms are done. I need to make a double batch of waffles for the freezer and muffin batter for the fridge but I'm really pushing myself to get anything done. Those things have been on my to do list for days now! Oh, yeah, there's also laundry.
The kids have gymnastics this afternoon so I'm hoping to spend a quiet hour reading. :)
Dh stayed in the city last night and it seems like he's been gone forever. It'll be good to have him home again.

Morning everyone,
Day 3 today of DH being gone all week. So far things seem to be going good. Except that DS#3 is still all stuffy...
I didnt do a darn thing yesterday, so today I am making up for it. So far I have done three loads of laundry, made muffins, cleaned my room, actually made the bed(lol)..Just need to vacum and dust.
I also have DCk's today, since it is nice out they can go out and play afterschool. The nice thing about that is that they are friends kids and they are all 6 and up aso they can go out into the backyard and play and I dont need to go out. I would rather keep DS#3 inside anyway...
Thats about all here, hope you all have a great day.

How far are you from the city again? Where does he stay? Is that weird for you or a nice break when he does?
Ann, it's not weird to me. I'm not so sure it's a nice break, either, but more of an absence of the heart grows fonder type thing. :) When we first moved down here (an hour away from Tucson) he worked 4 - 10hr days. He took another position in the company a little over a year ago and decided to stay in town one night a week to save on drive time and gas. He meets up with one friend after work, then usually spends the night with another friend. My sister is still trying to figure out if this is a weird thing or not! I have my night out on Monday nights, he has his on Tuesday and we have a date night 2-3 times per month. We don't have a lot of other time commitments so we spend quite a bit of time together.
TMI??? I tend to babble on, eh?
Personally, I wouldn't mind the night away, if he would take the kids with him too! ;)
afternoon all, Still at work, 45 minutes to go.
Dinner at home with family, Kids went back to school today.
Dh is liking his new job, all new stories to tell in the evening ;)
bringing back family game night, fish tonight....should be fun.
I agree Ann, one night a week dh could take the kids and stay away. ;)

Evening All!
Not much up here. It was absolutely beautiful out today...so we had the dcks out like all day. We got these new Tee-Ball sets so they were having a blast and they weren't feighting...except over whos turn it was...LOL.
It was nice...But I would have love to sit and enjoy the weather alittle more...My boss doesn't want us sitting on the playground...It gets tiring after you stand for an hour or so. Once it the sand box is open that will be easier cause I'll be able to sit and play with them in the sand.
Anyway...Hope you all got what you needed done. I was really lazy today too. Even left work half hour early.
Have a great night!
I can just see dh taking all four kids! He'd do just fine but I'm not so sure about our friends! It can be quite the invasion, lol!
