View Full Version : Tuesday
Usual Tuesday stuff here. Want to get a new top for Easter, that old habit of "new Easter outfits" is hard to break! LOL DS has a late orchestra practice today and then scouts tonite. Need to go to the grocery store, dogs have no food and I am not sure what to feed this family either!
Nothing much happening here. We got back from our weekend getaway last night, it was great to get away! :) Everyone is unpacked and the laundry is done, but I'm feeling lazy. The girls and I are back to school today after two weeks off. I'm hoping it will go well.
Have a great day!
Ann, I know what you mean about that "new outfit" traidition! Seems like our girls already know what to expect, lol!
I know too...I've always bought ds something new to wear for Easter. Always hung it on his bedroom doorknob so he'd see it upon waking.
Regular Tuesday stuff...work, dinner at Dad's (he wants to order pizza, lol), then volunteer shift. I have an interview this afternoon for a different job at work.
To heck with the kids getting something new..I meant ME!!!! LOL
Both the kids got new stuff for the cruise so they don't need anything.

Another quiet day here... I sure enjoy having a smaller day care. LOL Not too much planned... thinking about maybe bringing the kids to the park. It depends upon what time dd #3 gets home from school and if she'll watch the baby, (who will be sleeping) for me while I take the kids.
We took care of Sarah for a few hours last night. She was SO good. Didn't cry/whine even once. LOL What a blessing she is... sure is a joy having her around.
Trying to find some new/different recipe's for things to make for dinner. I'm getting SO sick of making/eating the same things all the time. Dd #2 is SO picky about everything... she hates onions, green peppers, mushrooms... anything spicy. Everything that I find that sounds even halfway good has all of these things in them. Doesn't leave much. LOL We'll see... :)
Anyway... hope you all have a great day!

I need some new duds too! Easter and Christmas are just great times to justify a new outfit. :) I told dh I've got a long black skirt and a short black skirt...... and I'm sick of 'em both! I may head out tonight and try to find something new.
Did my book route and now I'm off to pick up dd and run a couple of errands (or, I may do that in reverse. lol).

Another beautiful day here.
Took DS#1 to the Dr. and all is well. We are keeping him on the ritalin, things seem to be going so much better for him and his grades have improved.
I have DCK's today, so when school is done I will pick them up and we will come home and walk to meet my DS's from the bus, then play outside for a bit. DS#3 just loves being outdoors, and since we have been playing out alot he has slept at night..
I also need to rake again and finish prunning my cedars...

Ok That was just the worse day ever...Can't really explain it....Kids were just totally off the walls and the staff were all on the verge of a brake down. I have a feeling it's just that we have a child ( a staff's son) who is not adjusting and is just screaming for hours every day. It's really tough and I giver her alot of credit for not coming running to get him but I'm not sure he's going to adjust.
And to think thursday is going to be the crazy day...we have a B-day/going away party that is an all day event at school. Then the Easter bunny is showing up to...Then to top it my boss decided to put a staff meeting that night:( Atleast we're off friday.
Anyway...I like the Idea of the new outfits...We use to get a new outfit as kids every year I would love to treat myself this year but no time or money...so that will have to wait I guess. LOL.
Ok I'm exhausted I'm babbling...Think I should just go to bed....
