My wittle baby is growing up! :bawling:  I decided not to get them done when she was a baby so she could make the decision if and when she ever wanted them. She was so brave! I was more nervous than her (me with the 6 tattoos, belly ring, tongue piecering and a total of 8 holes in my ears!!!) I think she shed half a tear, kind of tried to block the second ear after the first had been done, I just moved her hands away and the girl did it (she was great!) and that was it! Dd was sooooooooo proud!! She got "red rubies"! Nanna told her that was her birthstone so that's what she wanted, and that's what she got! She keeps coming up and asking, "how do they look?" "are they gorgeous or what?"!!!! She's already started naming off the types of new earrings she wants to get when she can take the studs out! My wittle pwecious is growing up tooooooo fast!!!!! (but I do love that she wanted to get them done!)
Down side, she said she wants to get her tongue pierced too! aaaaaaaaaaaacccccccccccccckkkkkkkkkkkkk!!!!! Df said, "sure, when you're 25, you can!"

LOL! How fun!
Ds asked me the other day if he could get his nose pierced. Uh...that would be a big fat giant NO!
Glad your dd is loving it! :)

I'd have to say no on the nose, too. To me, it looks like a booger unless it's a hoop!
She's been calling EVERYONE to tell them!!!!!!! (she's this bad with the phone now, how's she going to be when she really is a teenager?!!!!)

Love that she's so proud of them. How cute.
I had mine done as a baby and my second holes when I was 13. I never use the second ones anymore.
Just wait until she starts to match her earrings to her outfit!:)

Yup! Then you'll know you've officially hit the teen years, no matter what her true age may be! :D
How exciting! It sounds like she loves them.

Some places here will do both ears at once, but it sounds like she did great! :)

Yep, she's stiill excited about them! When we stop at a red light and the car next to us has their window down, she tells them
And of course she tells EVERYONE EVERYWHERE we go!!! (she's a little shy, as you can tell! ) NOT!!
