I have recently been trying to loose some weight. a am 69 lbs over weight... But I dont have any support... my fience trys but is seems to discourage me even more. I want some one that can really help.. I dont have the money to join a support group or weight watchers.. this is just strictly me. If anyone could help please email or message me
