Dd has been an angel for the last two days. I told her how much I appreciated her effort and that I hope she is happier too by being so good. She said yes she was. So keep your fingers crossed! We have been getting chatty and excited about our upcoming vacation. It gives us something positive to talk about.

Thanks so much for asking. It still doesn't get you out of getting me a margarita though! LOL

Now if only this weather would stop raining and get out of the 40's degrees.....

Glad to hear things are getting smoother. I think praising them for doing "good" is so important. My inlaws were they type to only tell you when you messed up cause "why on earth were you supposed to compliment them for doing what they're supposed to" ...drove my dh nuts! So now we drive them nuts by telling our kids when they do good...life is good!!!!!!!!!!! LOL :newwink:

Annabelle-we are going to Rochester for 9 days, than to Massachusettes shoreline for 7 days and back to NY for 4 days.

He just called me this morning to tell me not to skimp on this vacation. To go all out :D. Not only will I have my male best friend on the Cape, but my other best friend is coming down from Boston to stay a few days.. Now THAT will be fun and GALAVANTING!!!! LOL

Sadly, I haven't talked to Farrah since last Monday. LOL He is one of those guys who dh could never be jealous about.

I have been Budda's best friend even before I met dh. He came to NC when I was still a newlywed and we got the tatoos together. Dh at first felt threatened, but now likes him as much as I do. Budda got married last August and has a step-daughter. We can't be the crazy kids we once were, but we are going to try!! ROFL!

Ann you can come!!!!! It will only cost $410. from Houston To Hyannisport, MA. You can wave at the Kennedy's!! LOL I want to introduce you to the Elvis Twins! They would love a southern belle like yourself. Here is the resort I used to work at http://www.wequassett.com/slide1.asp I just called the GM who is now managing partner of the property. He is going to meet us at last call at the Oyster. I loved working at this resort because my boss used to get really mad i came in hungover, but it was the GM who kept me out and always had last call at the Oyster and paid for everyone. I almost feel like Im 21 again! I love these memories!!

I'll hire a babysitter when you come and I'll come and pick you up when you get to Colorado. We'll have girls night out-so I hope you are adventureous! I was at Chuck E. Cheese in North Springs on Monday and its going to take me at least an hour to get to where you are staying. I promise no awkward moments!!
