Yes it was out tech guy that had to insert a piece of code. We had moved servers for the site and apparently that messed up the code. Glad it's working again.

I just heard from tech support that they have entered the missing MX record that caused emails to stop coming in. He said it could take anywhere from 1 hour to 48 hours for email to start coming in....
