They're coming...

I don't know why I am feeling so blahhhhh about our company coming but I am. I really do like them all, but I don't want to deal with them right now! Dh went to the airport to get them and I still hvae stuff to clean in the house before they get here, but I just wanted to while some more about not wanting them here! Of the 8 only 4 are staying at our house (my sil and her 3 dds). Please hope that my bad mood will go away and I'll have a great 3 days with them!

I'm usually always like that when I know company is coming... especially when I know they're going to be staying at my house. It usually always ends up going a lot better than I thought it was going to and I end up wondering why I was dreading it so much. LOL Hope the time goes fast and that everything goes well while they are there. (((HUGS)))

Ok, I'm feeling a bit better. A friend (a dc parent who then became a provider herself) just called me and brightened my day. I loved her dks and her. She was the best. When she decided to become a provider I knew she would be perfect. She took my all time favorite baby when I moved here. She now lives in CA too, but about 6 hours away from me. Anyway, it was great talking to her and put me in a much better mood.

btw... it's 8:30 and they are still not here! I called dh (luckily I had left me cell in his truck) and he was just leaving the airport! Their flight was an hour late, then they got their luggage and rental car. They are about an hour from here if all goes well. I think I might finally br getting a little bit excited! (it may just be because I am starving for dinner)

I totally know how you feel...I don't even feel like spending the weekend a dbf's....even though I'm excited to spend a whole weekend together
I just get tired of traveling and been around people every weekend.

Maybe if you go out of your way to play with the kids ...they'll help change your mood...It always works form.

Hope it goes well, Jen. I know how you're feeling, but like Diane said, I usually manage to get over my blah's and end up enjoying it! Hope this happens for you! Glad you were able to talk to your friend, I'm sure that helped a lot!
