    Where is your computer?

I'm just wondering where everyone's computer is located? I was thinking about having dh hook another one up upstairs in the spare room we just finished revamping, but after I put all the furniture back in there I see that there isn't any room for it. I wanted it by a tv, so I could use the computer and watch the tv at the same time and not miss any of my shows. LOL Right now the one I use is in the den... no tv in site. Where is yours located and, do you like where it is?

It's in the den and the only thing I don't like about that is that you can see it and all the junk I'm working on at that time when you come in the house. lol

I had it in our bedroom and found I used it less, which was a good thing. EXCEPT, I got booted off by dh when he went to bed. I'd usually find my sistas or girlfriends online at night, so that stunk.

Mine's portable, so I love wherever I take it! I love not having to sit in the same spot.

Mine is in my bedroom and I hate it. With dc though I really have no choice as there is no other place to have it.

We have one downstairs in the office but I usually only use that one to load up some music. The laptop is on the dining table (eating area really, no formal dining room here) but sometimes it's on the kitchen counter or at night dh or I will take it to the living room. I love it on the table, comes in handy to look up something quick. Kids are always playing games on it.

Ours is in our office on the lower level. I like it much better than when it was upstairs in our bedroom. One day we will have wireless and I will have a laptop I can take anywhere!!

I can see the whole living room .. but my back is to the back door which I sorta don't like but have adjusted to that... lolol love where it is otherwise ..

Our computer is in the spare room. This room is attatched to the house, but has no direct access to the house. You have to go out the family room, across the patio, and you're there. It's good 'cause it's quiet, but can be a bit lonely too. We have plans to put a tv out here one day, and make it into an extra living space.

Ours is in the study which is right off the kitchen and living room. I love it. It's right in the hub of things so when I am on it, I know what's going on AND when the kids are on it, I know what's going on!

Ours is downstairs - we have an open family room area and it's right there in the mix of things, laundry room is behind me (doesn't mean I get in there anymore though LOL), and the playroom is down here, too. Even if dks aren't down here I leave the door at the top of the stairs open so I can hear them. We have a tv down here, but I typically don't even have it on when I am online.

Right now it is in the rec. room. where the family hangs out most of the time. The play room is just off to one side so I know what everyone is up to all the time. We hope to build our new place in the spring if we ever find the land we want, I would like to have a den then that it could go into.

One computer is downstairs in dh's study. The other 2 (mine and dd's) are upstairs in another study that is open to pretty much the entire upstairs area, with open railing to the downstairs area. I like having it here because I can keep an eye on dd's puter while she is online, and I can see/hear a lot of what is going on in the house from here.

Diane, I keep a small tv on my desk so I can watch tv if I want.

When we lived in the trailer it was in the living room, Now in our new house,it is upstairs in the computer room/office..No TV in here and it is out of the way so it is kind of lonely. I am thinking of moving it to the dinning room one day,
