    Monday already...

I can't believe how fast the weekend went. I have this morning off so I'm going to pick my mom up so we can get our grocery shopping done, then back home to finish up some laundry and some light house cleaning.

Not much else... Hope you all have a good day!

DS is really sick now. I told him all weekend he was going to have to go to school today, but he was starting to sound kind of croupy last night and was up at 4, just can't make him go today.

Another very cold day today. Start back to coaching again today after a way to long of christmas break. Have to get some groceries and will probably spend the rest of my time in my nice warm house painting. I purchased an unfinished storage bench (have always wanted this one, but didnt have a purpose for it until now) and I'm painting it up for a toybox for dgd's things at my house, been working on it the last three days and getting excited for the finished product I'm happy how it is turning out.

Diane - enjoy your morning off
AnnW - has your dd enjoyed her gymnastics? does she just go one day a week?

Going to try and get as much done today as possible. We took 3 safety gates down on the weekend because they were more dangerous at this point than anything. The one at the top of the stairs going from the kitchen to the basement was the worst because he tried to pull a chair to it thinking he could just climb over. Took it down right away when we saw that. Now we have to remember to keep all the doors closed, especially the boys bedroom doors because ds3 thinks its a riot to go make a mess in their. LOL
Going to organize toys in the living room and hopefully clean up a play kitchen for ds that has been in the garage.
Fern, I want one of those benches too but don't have the room!
    Have a good day all

I always wanted one for in the entrance way but don't have the room there, this is a really small one, only about 2ft wide, fits perfectly between my wall unit and the hallway entrance

Good morning. Was too happy to see Minny beat GB last night (sorry Mary, lol). Took my eliptical to BIL and SIL's last night. They have a treadmill, which I love using, so this is kind of a trade-off thing...they can have my eliptical at their house, so long as I can come over and use their treadmill 3-4 times/week. So last night we had a good workout together.

Got up early and went with dh to the gym and I walked on the treadmill. I have the morning off so I'm going to Curves this morning when they open. I feel so much better when I work out. I think I'll only be able to make it to Curves today and Thursday because I have so much going on this week in the evening. Usually 3 days a week would be easy- just not this week. The days I can't go I plan on going with dh to the gym in the morning. They open at 5 so I have no excuse not to go except for laziness.

I have dck coming at 11:30 and he'll eat and then take a nap. Sure will make my day pretty boring with him, but on well. The babies come back from vacation tomorrow and I have a few drop-ins this week that all got schedlued on Friday. So I will be busy this week, just not today.

Ann-do you think ds now has strep too?

Not much on the agebda for today. Cleaning a little and heading into the Y after I drop ds at school.

Ann - Hope your ds is feeling better. Will they give you a prescrip for him if you just call in since your dd has strep?

Grr!! Usually ours will let us do that if one gets the symptoms after the first diagnosis. Can you just take him to the lab for the throat culture and skip the dr visit - that is an option here so you just pay lab fees and not another office visit fee.

    Hi All!

Just jumping on quick to say hi...It's been along weekend. Went to dbf's Wheel chair soccer game.....I was very impressed with this. There were all ages there...If I wasn't so scared of sports/Balls I would consider joining next season.

Anyway sorry I didn't read much of the post...I'll check up on it all later ...Hope all is well!
    Enjoy Today
