My parents called me last night with the news. My oldest brother started having the pains at work near dinner time. He's head chef and quite often runs the restaurant on his own while the owner is away. They took him up to the hospital and they said it was a mild heart attack. He's in the hospital for four or five days so they can make sure nothing more serious will happen any time soon. Sounds like he's in a good place. My parents are there with him now, of course I wanted to jump on the next plane to Winnipeg but last night it sounded like he would be out and back to work in a few days. Now he won't be. Please say a prayer and hold good vibes that he slows down at work (where a huge amount of his stress comes from) and that he is able to make some healthy transitions easily. Thanks!
