    Today was the first of the four funerals.

    BTW....our police do not wear the red serge all the time....it is reserved for special occasions.

    I replied to this thread twice last night and neither reply is here

    It is a sad time. I have a cousin who is a RCMP officer as well as her dh. They used to be in Langley, BC, but are now back in Ontario.

    My heart just breaks for the families. Just goes to show that these men and women never know what they are going to find or what's going to happen. I couldn't imagine. My thoughts and prayers are with the families.

    It is very sad...Here in Prince GEorge BC...The flags are at half mast and over 50 officers have gone down for the memorials...
