    Monday and NaneeNanneNeewww!

First, to those pesky naysayers (Ann and Bev!!) our kitchen IS done.:yipee: I still need to finish the painting (walls and ceiling), buy lighting, and knobs. We are placing the shelves today in the cabinets and I am ready to head to home depot and buy some major cleaning supplies to get this house clean again. I will probably even steam clean all the carpets.

That will be my day today.

Glad it's done. I bet it looks great!

Had a great time watching the boys ski yesterday. Long waiting around with ds3 though. When we got home we saw there was a daycare on the pamphlet. I would never have left him with strangers but I could have gone with him so he could play. At least we will know for next time.
Going again on Friday with sil. She doesn't ski so can watch him while I learn.

Busy day today. I did leave the house tidy but coming home stuff gets taken out of the van and dropped everywhere, laundry is in suitcases. I was good this time though, put all dirty stuff in one and took it strait to the laundry room. It's all washed and ready to be dried/folded and put away.
Would like to wash floors and go for a walk. Beautiful day today.
    Have a great day all

It's been nice outside, so our snow is slowly disappearing. Hopefully we have seen our last big snow for the year.

Spring break, so the kids are all home for the day. The dad of my family of 3 called me yesterday to let me know that he was keeping his kids home with him. I was kind of hoping that S---y's would go to her grandmother's for the day, because grandma is already taking care of her older brother... but I guess she wanted to come here instead. LOL I love that she likes it here that much and chose me... but I sure could have used the day off. I need to get my mom to the grocery store. We usually do it Monday morning while S---y's in school... but I forgot that it was spring break this week, or I would have gotten her there on Saturday. As much as I hate doing my grocery shopping in the evening, we'll probably end up having to do it some night after work.

Need to get some laundry done, house vacuumed and dusted. It's funny how messy the house seems to get over the weekend. LOL

Hope you all have a great day!

    Amy- congrats on the kitchen.
Diane- glad the snow is melting for ya.
Today is the day for cleaning i guess. I don't know how it gets so messy over the weekend, but it does think its cause dh is around all the time. We tried going to the beach yesterday, but the water is still abit too cold. In another month or so it will be perfect. I have had a hard time waking up this morning, maybe i need 2 cups of coffee instead of the usual one. Stayed up too late watching movies with dh. I should know better but we don't get to do the movie thing that often so it was nice. Hope yall have a good day. And to those on spring break . enjoy it!! mine had his 2 weeks ago. glad it is over!!!

Whew! The whole first floor of my house is back in order, clean and the carpets steamed clean. All the dishes, cups and pans are organized. It's hard to believe that we had boxes all over the place. I just orderd my knobs and pulls and I know what lighting I want. Painting the rest of the eating area will have to wait until I can catch my breath. I am so exhausted, that I am not even going to cook tonight! LOL I would take a pic, but my USB cable won't load my pictures. I think I am going to take a shower. LOL

No kidding! Angie, where do you get all your coupons? I get the odd one on a box or in a package but that's about it. Our weekly fliers don't even have coupons. I wish our stores did doube/triple like that.

Our stores only double/triple occasionally and you really have to watch and make sure it is on sale and you have a coupon. I love it though, it is alot of fun! I get my coupons off of food packages, but mostly from the Sunday paper and my kids bring them home from school occasionally. I really save alot of money on OTC meds/sinus. I never pay more than 25 cents for tooth paste/tooth brushes, but those I ususally get free, same for shampoo.

Busy, busy, busy sums up my day. Had a dck from 6:30-5:30 today. A 9 yr old boy who is visiting his mom from out of state. he's on his 3 week break from year round school and I have him M-Th for the next 3 weeks. I will see him more waking hours than her. He was here for a week at Christmas and he's pretty good. Doesn't mind too much haning out with me and little kids all day. Dh took dd to a b-day party tonight at the bowling alley. Ds and I went there after the dck's left and had dinner with dh. Then shopping to buy a present for a b-day party ds was invited to. Can I go to bed yet???

Wow! We don't get coupons in our paper, at least nothing I have ever seen. I have the occasional coupon on a pckg in the store and then I'm not watching and the cashier doesn't take it off and I notice it at home.
