    Good Sunday morning IB!!!

I'm still up!! Doing wedding stuff! Once I start, I can't stop!!!! I've gotten a lot accomplished!! Just hope dd sleeps in a littel tomorrow! Decorated the pails that will hold chocolate sand and marbled chocolate shells! Fun! Added a few touches to the flip flops I made for dd and the two friends that are coming, made a couple of things to sell on ebay (ack, stike that comment... don't wanna be a dirty spammer!!! ) And bought a Kodak Easy Share digital camera for an awesome price! Our camera is on it's lasts legs!!! Going to get the printer dock that goes with it, too, how cool will that be?!!!
Took a nap today, so I'm wide awake, going to add some decorative touches to a few other wedding things while I'm up and about! It's nice to have a peaceful quite house!!
Think I have the vows completely edited and re-written where needed, so I'm going to print them on some keepsake paper for the scrapbook. I'm sure there's some other stuff to get to, need to take a look around and see what's left!!!
    Happy Sunday all!!!

Whoa, I'm tired just reading that! You must be hooked to a caffiene I.V. to have all that engergy all night long.

Dh and dd just left for church. My shoulder kept me up all night long hurting, so I'm laying low today. May curl up with the cat and snuggle on the sofa later.

Got pics of the party back yesterday, so I need to kick and bang on the scanner to get them scanned and sent to family.

    Ya'll have a nice day.

Amy, it sounds like so much fun planning your wedding.
Jen, have fun going through the pictures.

I was woken up this am by ds2 saying ds1 barfed. Go to find him on the steps, can't move, head hurts, fevered and sore stomach. At least he didn't get sick on the steps where it's carpet but on the kitchen floor so the clean up wasn't so bad. Poor little guy. He's sleeping now. Ds3 was trying to cling to me the whole time I was trying to care for ds1 and he didn't want to go see dh. Guess he's not feeling well because he's not his usual bouncy self.
Was supposed to go to sil's for dinner but dh called and canceled. Looks like my day is going to be busy.

Hope you all have a good one.

I hate it when the time changes and I lose an hour! We spent yesterday sightseeing with my parents so today it's laundry, cleaning and grocery shopping. Got my new kitten on Friday. He's a little fur ball and the two cats are getting along and playing. He's almost all gray with a little bit of white here and there. Ds named him Smokey.

Gorgeous day here! sunny and about 72!
DS has been pressure washing the driveway. He's getting ready to go play golf. He's playing in a district tournament on Wednesday.
DD is going to help out at a good friends of ours at their dd's 5th Princess birthday party...she is going to help paint nails and do hair. I am probably going to help out too.
Then we are staying over for burgers afterwards.

    Good afternoon!

Went to church this morning, then to Walmart. I bought a bunch of bubble stuff for the kids. I eyeballed the crockpots. lol It is a sunny day, but kind of chilly. Ds went to work with Brichard, who wrote his 3rd contract this week. He is doing really well and is loving his job, praise God!

I am going to get out of these church clothes and take my meds so I can eat soon, I am starving.

    Have a great day!

I woke up feeling MUCH better this morning. I actually got an entire night of sleep.

We started our morning going out to breakfast with some friends. They are such crazy people... kept us laughing all through breakfast. LOL After that dh and I finally got out to check out the indoor park that dd would like to use for her wedding. It's beautiful... almost perfect, except for a few minor details that could eventually end up costing us lots of extra $$. Were hoping that our soon to be son in-law's parents will offer to pay, but we'll have to wait and see. We've only got 5 more months so... hopefully we'll find out sooner than later.

It was another beautiful day... 73 degrees. Spent what we could of our day outside. The neighborhood kids started up a soft ball game that pretty much went on the entire day. It was so nice watching/listening to them play.

Anyway... hope you all had a great day!

Diane, the place sounds great. But if it's going to cost so much more extra money then why not find an outdoor park? Is there a reason it has to be at an inside park?

We want it because it is in the indoors. That way, no matter what the weather is... we'll be safe. I couldn't imagine planning an outdoor wedding and having it raining... or it being too hot/humid. This place is beautiful, it has streams/water falls... lots of tree's and flowers/plants. It's great! I'm sure that this is where it will be, and were probably the ones who will end up paying for it... but it doesn't hurt to cross your fingers and hope that the groom's parents will offer to help pay for some of it. (groom's parents get off SOOOOOOOO easy... LOL) This is about the time I wish I had three boy's instead of 3 girls. (JK!!) LOL

Diane, it sounds lovely. Didn't know they make indoor parks that big.
My parents helped my brother pay for his wedding because the brides parents couldn't afford any of it.
I hope I get off easier but am willing to help the boys if it's needed. I won't go into debt for someone else's wedding though, didn't even do that for my own!
I do think it would be so much fun to be the brides mother and help plan stuff. I'll be missing all that with the boys.

I have 2 nephews and 1 niece getting married all within 4 months of each other and they are each paying for their own weddings. No, or minimal, help from their moms and dads.

My inlaws paid for the hall where we had the reception. Thing was, I had no choice in the hall. Found out later that fil wanted that hall because he got a deal for 50 bucks on it. Mil agreed to pay for the guy to sing in the church but strongly recommended the person who sang. LOL I didn't really care about that part too much. The had the rehersal party. I think that was it. The rest, my mom and I paid for as much as possible with every pay check we got while my dad made sure to buy the groceries, bills et. Dh paid for anything I wanted or needed. I kept very little money for myself each month so we could pay the wedding off. It worked out great because we didn't have a bill to worry about later.
I wish I knew some people getting married this summer,no one in our family is though. I love going to them. We do have one jubilee for dh's aunt in June though.
