I hope it let's up, I've worked my tail off this week. It's supposed to stop at about 10am.

We are getting ready to set up to be open at 8. Hope it goes well. I can't remember if I posted yesterday, but a woman came by and asked what time we were closing today and said she would buy all that was left! Yea...sure it will be rock bottom but I am so over all this stuff so anything will be good!
And dh made me buy dinner last night, and ds needed money for his scout trip so there went my day's profit! LOL

Well, its cloudy here, not suppose to have any rain today, thats suppose to be tomorrow.. lol hmmm Have church this morning, potluck also.
Beccas kitten is having kittens (first one was born last nite about 11:10 pm.) Haven't heard from her today so not sure how many just yet. Boy the doc was wrong on her age too. She supposedly had til end of May to get her fixed... So now becca is confused .. was she 6 mths in March or will she be 6 mths end of month ??? hmmm lolol
Not much today, just packing some.
Oh the one property did not perk, so found another one. Hopefully will hear about the perk test come Tuesday. I hope this one will perk where we want it to.
Anyways .. off to dress then maybe I will run over to beccas for a little bit, then some packing an relaxing. Maybe I will pack tomorrow while it rains instead... hmmmm ah well .. whatever !!! lolol

The gray, rainy day that they've been predicting since Tuesday is here. I have to strip off the ugly wallpaper so dh can hang the new stuff. I saw dd1 last night when I dropped off dd3 at her dad's for the weekned. They'll both be home tomorrow.
I don't know if I posted about this, but dd1 got an internship at the newspaper up here for the summer. Last summer we commuted together (actually, I drove-she dozed! LOL). But this year she said if she didn't get a job up here, she'd just live with her dad and visit when she could. So I was thrilled when she got the good news. She is going in on Monday to set things up. I thought she'd be a go-fer, but they are going to send her out on assignments, and she'll have her byline and everything. Did I mention that it's a PAID internship? Guess she'll be able to cover her own expenses. And the paper is less than 5 minutes from where I work. And she'll get to meet some people and learn her way around. (We moved here 3 weeks before she left for college.) AND for the first time, she actually has a room!! It's painted and cleaned, and not in the basement family room. It even has a DOOR!!
I'm sort of psyched about all this! Can you tell?

I told my mom I'd pick her up by 9:00... wouldn't you know of all mornings to sleep in just had to be this morning. All week I've been wide awake and ready to go by 5:00 AM... today I wake up at 8:00. Now I'm running/racing like crazy trying to make it there on time. Of course... I had to come here before I left. LOL

Hope all of you who are having garage sales have a lot of luck getting rid of everything. Ann... how nice of that lady. At least you know by the end of your day it will be GONE.

Morning all. It is literally freezing here. Snowed a bit last night even.

I am heading out to a couple of indoor garage sales, then to work at the auction for the day. No plans for tonight, but might phone friends to see if they would like to play cards.

Had the best time garage saleing the morning. Found lots of cute cheap things for dgd. Of course I go to these with one thing in mind that I want - a stroller to keep at my house - didn't get that, but did get the toddler car seat that I need for my car and the cutest little couch and chair set. What fun!!

This afternoons plans include groceries and maybe some yard work.

Hope everyone's garage sales turned out profitable, and better yet less clutter to take back in( or dispose of)

I slept until 9am !! <~~ thats late for me, an extra 2 hrs.

Dh will be gone all day, work stuff.
I'll prolly fill up the pool for the kids.

dh is sick, we are planning on hanging around in the yard today....its supposed to hit the high 80's so some sun for me and the little ones....dh is so sad when he is sick.....poor thing.... ok that was wicked.....

Had our yard sale this a.m. too. Left for work right after. Home now and dd and dh went back to the strawberry fields and are making ice cream. I'm going to get the pork roast out of the crock pot, eat and SIT. I'm pooped.

Home again and glad to be here. We are finally getting into a bit of a routine again. The kids sure love their new little sister. The poor kid has to stay asleep just so she doesn't get mauled. The little ones check her every five minutes and report what she is doing.

Hope we hear from Karla soon too. I can't wait to hear about her new little bundle.
I tried to post a photo, but keep getting a little red xin a box instead of showing the photo. I'll keep working on it.

Up early to run errands. Got some stuff done in the house too, not that you can really tell. Oh well, there's always tomorrow. Ds has a friend sleeping over hopefully they won't stay up too late. I think at 10:30 I'm telling them lights out.

Judy- I have always been told that most kittens can get fixed at 4 months. The one we have now is on the small side so the vet wanted to wait until he was 5 months old. Never heard about waiting until 6 months. Maybe it depends on the vet. We we to the vet across from the Mexican food resturant we've talked about before (can't remember the name right now) next to the grocery store (can't think of the name of it either). Near Cliffdale by Mc Donalds. They were pretty good there (at least back when we lived there...)
