    shopping online sites?

If you want to buy or browse online, where do you go?
I was surfing today and came across this site where they sell vintage dresses and I had a grand ol' time looking. http://www.vintageous.com/dressy.htm

And then tonight I saw an ad on pogo for this place and there is no reserve like on ebay. I don't know how legit it is or if this is as cool as I think it might be because the jewelery if flying real cheap like hotcakes. Fun to browse though. www.bidz.com

I don't shop online much, but ones that come to mind are Ebay (the most), BMG, Build A Bear, Cabela's, and WWE .

I've shopped on E-bay a few times (rings ) but other than that don't do it. I'm the type who likes to see/touch and buy/get everything I want right away so would much rather go to the store to buy it. Dh's more patient and has ordered a few things on line (Sear's, E-bay... BMG) I'd never shop for clothes because I like to try them on to see how they fit and how I look in them before purchasing them. Good luck! Sorry I'm not much help......

I called my brother last night about this jewelery (he's a jeweler) and he said that even if it said compare at... you only get what you pay for. He has never heard of anyone getting a "great" deal online. He has people go into his store and ask what a piece is worth and it's always only what they got it for, never above. Some seem surprised that it's not worth more because of the compare at, etc. But he said that the gold ring could be a lot thinner than in a store, the diamonds not a great cut or cloudy. He also said that if you see something that is worth 80 bucks and it's onlyworth 50 and if you really love it, does it matter and you are only out 30 bucks anyhow. Like he said, no one is going to know that the ring on your hand is worth 10,000$ anyhow. LOL So, I guess that site is not as fab as I thought last night (I was really flabbergasted at prices, lol) but still fun to shop and if I see something I love and it's cheap then ok. I would never spend big money on anything over the internet anyhow but even looking is fun, I'm a shopoholic.
