    Make ahead meals

    Besides Lasagna, do any of you have any ideas of things you can make ahead of time and cook the next day? I am looking for main meal ideas.

    Meatloaf, spaghetti sauce, taco meat, enchilladas, stew, any soups

    Thanks! Enchiladas sounds good and something I wouldnt make because of the time. Now that summer is coming, I was trying to steer away from stews and soups.

    grill up a bunch of chicken and then have chicken ceaser salads, fajitas, pizza ect
