What about being a party planner, Ann, instead of caterer? That way you wouldn't be liable for food poisoning, etc, but could still have the fun of coming up with the menu, decorations, themes, etc.? I know I'd hire you in a heartbeat! You have the most awesome ideas.

OMIGOSH!!! ROFLPMP!!!! The whole "insurance" thing... I wasn't thinking about personal, medical, family insurance!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was thinking the business insurance that a caterer must have to protect from the "what ifs"!!!
