I have no clue...we have left-over chili from Sat. but we had that for dinner last night so I'm thinking fried potatoes (again, left over from Sat.) and maybe hamburg patties and some veggie.

No idea. I think it may end up being pasta unless I go to the store. Last night was sheppards pie, wish there was enough of that to say fine, leftovers. lol

Oooh Pam, I love potato soup.
We're having chili if I get up from here and get it on the stove.

    Ick, no broccoli.
I fix it much like the scalloped potatoes. LOL
I'm not into standing and chopping lots of potatoes, etc. I usually eat it when we're out to eat (Panera Bread makes good potato soup).

I've got 18 minutes left--if noone calls or shows up, there won't be a meal served. I have leftovers that could keep me going for a week. I'm thinking zita, or maybe chili. I actually COOKED this weekend.

Grilled some boneless pork chops out on the grill... scalloped potatos, corn on the cob... We might have some ice cream later on for dessert.
