    Glueing ideas

I have a little boy that I see for articulation, that cannot produce a /g/. He refuses to do the /g/ exercises (I think Mom and Dad were trying to work on it at home and got frustrated with him). Oddly enough /gl/ is a facilitating context for production of /g/ for him, so I was thinking of doing a glueing activity with him. Last time he was in, I grabbed some tongue depressors and we glued those into a snowflake. We're going to put glitter on it this week. Any other ideas? Thanks!

gluing with tissue paper (Stained glass like project, color collage)

    any sort of collage picture.

What about playing with Goop or some other Gooey thing.

    I'll give it more thought!

Tissue might work, or a collage of /gl/ stimulus words - thanks. Goop might be good once we've shaped /gl/ into /g/.

An ideas for things we could glue that glow? That would be great! Maybe some kind of star picture on black paper.

How about paper airplanes - gliders? You could make a glistening glider by adding glitter with glue.

That's cool. The vocalic /r/ at the end will be a problem for him, but we could make them and watch them glide. Thanks ma'am!

How about glitter glue? Or gluing a pattern and adding some sprinkled glitter?

How about wearing funny "glasses" and "gloves" when you make the /gl/ sound?
