    dinner 03/28

K...I'm stumped. I have ground chicken that I want to make something with for dinner. I also have a red pepper and some freshly sliced mushrooms. Anyone have an idea I can have to make these ingredients into a meal? TIA

We've got a City Council Meeting to go to at 6:00, so were going to pick my mom up a little earlier than the norm and we'll probably be going to Subway to eat.

Maybe you could turn it into a meat sauce for pasta Bev?

I was going to make spaghetti, but it turns out I have one neighbors 4 kids, another neighbor's 2 kids and a nephew coming home after school along with my own 3... how many does that make? 10 So I stopped and bought those take and bake pizza's figuring that would be much easier to clean up!!

    how how about stuffed burgers?
chop the pepper and mushroom into bite sized pieces, saute them in either butter or olive oil, with garlic, salt and pepper.
Make thin patties out of the chicken. Put a spoonful or so of the veggie mixture on top of one patty. cover with another patty and press the seams together to close.
cook it however you cook your hamburgers.

Not meetings... just this one. Our city is making street/utility improvements and they're having an informational meeting tonight to discuss the project.

Yum-O as Rachel Ray would say. I may have to give that a try myself.
