    Monday 3-24-08

    Wow that weekend flew by

    Working this morning and then off to Jury Duty again at 1:00 PM we are supposed to hear closing arguments and get our deliberation instructions and get deliberating.
    Not sure we will get all that done in one afternoon, and sadly if we are still deliberating today, we will need to report back at 8:00 AM Tuesday and stay until 5:00 if necessary!

    We had beautiful weather this weekend stayed in the upper 80's and we had a light breeze....

    LOOKs nice outside... but it's only 15 degrees. Going to go walk Bruno, see if mom needs to go anywhere, and if so... take her there. I'm going to stop off at Rainbow to see if my scarf was turned in to LOST and FOUND. I lost it somewhere and I think that's the last place I wore it. I only paid $3.00 (clearance) for it, but it was the nicest/warmest scarf I've ever had. Hopefully it will be there.

    Got laundry and some light house cleaning to do. The kitchen floor needs scrubbing seeing I didn't do it on Friday when dh was home. DWTS's tonight... otherwise, besides trying to start a new book, I no big plans.

    it did fly by fast, didn't it...
    Hope the deliberating goes quickly so you won't have such a long day with it tomorrow. (I have to say, it sounds soo intriguing to me...)

    Relaxing today, later I'll do some laundry and take ds2 to the store. He has saved enough money to get a psp and a couple of games. Leftovers from yesterday for dinner so that's easy. Have a good day all

    I have worked my tail off on this house today!!! I will have a boat load of laundry to put away tonight. Or I guess brichard and the kids will since I'm going to a friends for snacks and a movie. It's going to be a fast week with 2 field trips, a 4 day school week and leaving for vacation Friday! Have a fantastic day all!!

    Aside from having no voice fort the most part....the day went smooth...my Elementary were great about not ignoring me and figuring out my signs...LOL....rather comical.

    What a day, started deliberation at 4:15 PM must leave the court house by 4:30 PM, we will start again tomorrow at 8:30 AM.

    eating left over Italian and then crawling into bed with the kids for some TV

    I decided that instead of buying all my books, I was going to start checking them out from the library... so I went and got myself a library card and checked out a bunch of books. While I was there I ran into an old friend. We ended up at Starbuck's for a cup of coffee and a nice visit. An hour and a half later I finally made it back home, just in time to start dinner. I didn't accomplish as much as I wanted today... but I sure did enjoy myself.

    I have my doubts, the first question our foreman had, I answered, but he didn't believe what I said, so we spend 10 minutes trying to come up with the answers then finally another jury looked through their notes and came up with the same answer I had.... The foreman just kinda gave me a look, I said "I am a Secretary, I take good notes " I have a feeling it's going to be a long morning!

    Do we get to know more about the case after it is over?
