    Monday

    Happy Monday!!

    I just dropped dd#1 and 2 neighbors kiddo's off at a sport's camp. Ds has to be at band camp in an hour. Our VBS at church start tonight as well. I'm in charge of feeding 300 volunteer's dinner all through donations 4 nights. It's going to be a crazy busy week and brich flies out tomorrow afternoon but will be home for Father's Day after all.

    Good luck, Ann. It should be interesting anyway....

    Angie, how'd you make out with the additional rain? Has the flooding been resolved?

    Work for me--summer mode. One classroom, few teachers, and one GIANT pile of paperwork left from last week! But I know I'll have few interruptions, so I'll get it done.
    The weather is gorgeous. We went from chilly and October-like straight to summer in 2 days. It was a wonderful weekend.

    no, i met her when i went to her house a few weeks ago.
    she's young, late 30's/ early 40's.

    Off to an appointment then to work to break down the classroom....fun, fun. Did I say it's going to be 96 degrees....Think it will be a good day to do the toy cleaning....then atleast I'll be playing with water!

    I'm sitting here waiting/hoping to hear from the pool guy's. It's perfect outside, the sun is out and I think it would be a perfect day to install a pool. Hope it happens.

    I need to go to the grocery store to get a few things. I'm having a little get together over here on Sunday for Father's day and I want to make sure I have everything ahead of time so I'm not running at the last minute. I can't believe my entire family is actually available to come... first time in... ages! I'm really excited about having everyone over.

    Laundry, some light house cleaning... then I can sit/finish reading my book.

    Not much else. I hope you all have a great day today!

    Cathy, can't figure out how you love 95 degree/humid weather. And you call yourself an Upstate NY'er!

    Ann-you just can't get from underneath this new job can you? You don't want it, then it changes and sucks you back in. LOL

    Angie-I like feeling accomplished and useful too, but I am ready to take a nap looking at your schedule.

    Diane-A pool sounds nice today!

    I need to exercise and go food shopping-all of which requires me to be outside. Many of you already know what I think of hot sticky weather. LOL

    Last week of school for my darlings DD is out at noon on Wed. DS out noon on Thurs. They are so ready for the summer!

    Work for me, then home for some down time, we re arranged the patio furniture/swing yesterday and the gardener comes today, so I plan on making use of the back yard tonight....

    Vacation in 20 days!

    We are having even more delays with the renovation. UGH! We realized last night that the lowe's kitchen planner ordered the wrong type vent hood. Then we were told that the cabinet guy won't be able to start installation tomorrow after all. He has two other jobs that are running behind, so he won't be able to start until Friday. Also, the fabric we wanted for the window treatments is on back order. I don't see how it's going to get done in time for our company.

    The painters are here to sand/restain all the woodwork in the house. I don't think anybody else will be coming today.
