I have started back into a exercise routine, with walking and some elliptical work...I am going for short term goals right now...not even about loosing weight at this point its all about establishing a routine again...just about getting 5 - 6 days of exercise in per week, once I can establish a routine I can really get myself back into shape...
WW worked well enough, lost 15 pounds and kept off 12 so far, but the $39.95 per month was taking a toll especially since I wasn't getting anything from the meetings anymore, I am still working the program, just not shelling out the $.
I am in need of movement, working full time doesn't make it easy....so now that Fall is almost here, I figure no time like the present to get the walking routine back into shape.
