Thumbs up A Cary Grant movie where he acts!

dw and I watched "Arsenic and Old Lace" and my mil this weekend and it was great! Cary Grant was obviously very young in the picture and was so animated! It was so nice to see the guy showing some emotion in a picture.

I love Frank Capra. I have seen "Its A Wonderful Life, Mr. Smith Goes to Washington, You Can't Take it With you, and Arsenic and Old Lace. Each film has been outstanding with IAWL being my favorite movie of all time. I must continue to seek out all his films!

I also borrowed a couple of other classics from my mil to watch this week, "The Graduate" and "To Catch a Thief." Its funny, I'd never seen a Cary Grant picture until 2 weeks ago and by weeks end I will have seen four!

Anyway, the movie "Arsenic and Old Lace" is adapted from a Broadway play and I would definitely go and see it if I had the opporunity!

We haven't seen it yet... hopefully some time this week! Psycho is the only Hitch**** movie I think I've seen, but I also have taped "Vertigo" with Jimmy Stewart and wish to see it soon!
