Dancing through life
I lost three pounds this week. Just eating less and trying to move more. Still doing the Walk Away the Pounds dvds.![]()
Today is a new day and a good day to start anew.
I've been feeling really good again since I started back on my exercise routine. I'm watching everything I eat, and (I think) it's already showing. I won't be happy though until my tummy is TOTALLY GONE!!! That's MY goal.![]()

Still having trouble with a sore foot (ball of the foot). Saw a podiatrist yesterday, and got a cortisone shot in it. Oww! Have to not overuse the foot for a bit...so no real strenuous exercise. Walking (mild) is okay...no jumping, running, jogging, dancing, etc. Blech! This foot has been bothering me since the beginning of August. I thought it would get better, but it hasn't. It's metatarsalgia (sp?), and is not uncommon, I guess. It's a pain....literally! I love to walk and exercise moderately, just can't really do it right now. Stinks!
