I thought I'd have a problem waking up this morning, but I did wake up at 4:55, 5 minutes before my alarm went off. I didn't get out of bed though until it did go off. It was too warm in bed! LOL Normal Monday business around here.

I didn't want to get up today... I knew it would be hard! This morning, I'm working on a church catering gig I'm doing later this month with a couple other people, then shopping with a friend, ds has a dentist appointment this afternoon. It should be a fun, easy going day... I hope!

it's cold here today...40!!!!
i bought a slim tree from walmart yesterday, well it was too short and too slim, so i gotta return that. need to do laundry and get this house in shape.

After spending most of the day on the sofa with an extremely sensitive stomach and GI, I feel more human today. Tonight ds and I go to the sleep clinic for our overnight testing. Ds thinks it will be one big sleep over party with me. I promised him breakfast tomorrow morning on the way home before school.
If I can get myself going, I need to clean the bathrooms and take a nice long walk. I have really gotten out of the habit and need to get back in. The days are so short now, that I need to get outside to feel human.

It's freakin' cold here too...mid 30s but wind chill was in 20s due to 15 mph winds. My muscles wouldn't work well in the cold this morning in boot camp.
My dad gave me the number to an alternative medicine guy who works with spine problems. I'm going to call him today to set up an appointment so I can get a 3rd opinion on my neck. He is supposedly really good.
We started putting up the tree and xmas decorations yesterday, but it was slow moving. Hoping to finish it all today so I can get rid of all the boxes laying around.

Up and getting ready for work...DD is getting ready for school. DH is staying home with DS who still is a little feverish and weakwe are hoping to get him in to see the doctor later today.

We got up earlier this morning also... we had a meeting with one of the bigwigs from Auto Owner's at 9:00 and we needed to get a few things in place before he arrived. I tripped over a bunch of mail that the mailman had slid under the door while we were closed on Thursday and Friday. Monday's are our usual big mail day's... so I'm expecting more to come any minute. It's going to be a very busy day.
I called my mom to see how she was doing this morning and she informs me that it is Bruno's (her dog) 12th birthday today. I said... oh, well Happy Birthday to Bruno.
She say's... oh, tell him yourself, so she puts the phone up to the dogs ear so I could I tell him Happy Birthday.
Shelly is coming over for dinner after work... she got a new cell phone that I'm anxious to see. I'm thinking about trading mine in, the intenna just fell off from it yesterday for no good reason. Dh super clued it back on.Heck, I seldom even use it so... it's not like it wore out from too much use.
It was only 18* when I woke up this morning... so I'd love to have that upper 30/40*'s that some of you are getting. I actually saw some guy wearing shorts with knee high's and a winter jacket/hat and mittens yesterday while we were at Mill's Fleet Farm. That sure looked odd and drew some attention...

I'm looking for a slim tree for the office, so I'm going to check at Wal*Mart to see if I can find the same true you bought and are returning. Sounds like it would be a perfect fit for us. (does it have lights on it?)
