    Grandparents are fun

    Hi everyone,

I thought it would be nice to have a thread for grandparents to post on.

I have one grandson, 23 years old. I know some of you have younger grandchildren and have fun with them.

Here is the thread to tell us all about it. Whether it is fun, problems or whatever you would like to talk about.

Yes I have grandkids. Love them all!! 6 grandkids, 5 boys and 1 girl. The boys are 12, 11, 8, 7, & 7, the girl is 5. MY son and DIL have 3 boys, they live a mile away and my dd has 2 boys and 1 girl who all live with me and Dh. I've always got kids in the house and in the Summer all 6 are here most days. Each child has a different personality and this can be a real nut house at time, but I love it. Tami, thats what grandparents are for to SPOIL their grandkds, how lucky your kids are to have grandparents who spoil them!!

My Gs won, Best in Show at the Pinebox Derby. He did the car himself and had the idea to make it a block of cheese with a mouse trap on top. He had fun making it and a fun day. His brother didn't win anuyhing but all the boys got a prize weather they won or not. Poppy and the boys had another busy day and a lot of fun. .....My other 2 Gs's will be having their first basketball game in a couple of weeks. I just hope tese games aren't going to be 8am on a Saturday morning. LOL.......Have a wonderful Sunday!

Phyllspace, At 3 years old your Gs must me on the go all the time. I like his name. .........Nothing much new around here today. Making chili for dinner. It will be good to have on this cold day. My 11 year old Gs was out playing most of the day. I don't think he feels the cold like Grammy does. lol
