    Little League Baseball :)

Well I just signed my 10 year old up for little league. He has played tackle football, soccer and basketball, but never baseball. He never showed an interest until this year. I'm looking forward to it, I miss watching the practices and the games!

Andy never had any interest in baseball, either. Alexis told me that she would like to play T-ball this summer.

I'm looking forward to it and I am dreading it in a way. I love going to the games and practices, it's so fun for me. And when hubby goes he really enjoys it too.

Thing is we used to go to our camper almost every weekend, and the baseball games are on Saturdays and Wednesdays, so that won't be possible until after the season ends, which could be end of June or beginning of July. The other thing is that the games and practices are not right here in town, so I will need to make sure that I plan ahead and use my crockpot on Wednesday nights!

Not having all of the games around us is something that I'm not looking forward to, either. Since my dh works at night, it only gives him something to complain about.

My son played one season of baseball when he was a kid. My dd loved Softball and played every season. To this day she loves it. In fact my son never had much interest in sports of any kind. My daughter played softball, tennis, soccer, track, and was very good at them all. She was not a tomboy but loved sports. Only 2 of my grandsons are playing basketball and none of them but one is really interested in sports. Now my Gd may be a different story, she may like sports like her mom.

Well I broke it to my hubby today about how we won't be able to go to the camper EVERY weekend like we did last year. He took it pretty well LOL
