    Another New One

    As a newbie, i thought i would introduce myself. I am curantly a sham ( till next may when i become a trainie enrolled nurse) of a 2yr old DS, I found this site by total accident after searching for things to keep The boy (DS's nickname, don't ask me why) happy, as he loves to be involed and active/crafty. I love crafts, gardening, cooking, and what ever my currant "project" is. So thats me!!!

    Hey Strawberry Mom!

    I am currentanly an in home health care aide. I work part-time while my kids are in school and I sometimes volunteer at school.

    Just what is a trainee enrolled nurse anyway? Is it anything like a CNA or do you go to nursing school first?

    Thank you everyone for making me feel welcome!!!!!!!!

    In Australia we have three levels of being a nurse
    A.I.N - assistant in nursing
    E.N - enrolled nurse
    R.N - registered nurse
    What is a CNA??

    P.S I have always wanted to know, Why can't you wear white after labour day??? ( see how fruitful my life is!)

    CNA= Certified Nursing Assistant

    As for the White thing...that was made up by someone in the garment industry in order to sell more cloths. Gee, I hope no one down under is following that phylosophy 'cause that would be a bummer not to wear white in summer...OOOOOhh, I get it.
