Angry I forgot all about ER last night :o(

I can't believe I missed ER. It's not the 1st time either. I just forget that it's on. I really wanted to see this one too. Wasn't it Greene's last show?
    Can anyone fill me in?..NICOLE

    My thoughts exactly.

Nicole, I did the same thing. I caught only the last 15 minutes, but I was soaking in a hot bath.

Basically, Greene decided to not do chemo and live the rest of his life the best he can.

    ok, let me think....

A new doctor started and Carter is training him.

Greene took half a chemo treatment and after seeing several patients who were "ready to die" he decided to stop chemo. Greene also had a visit from his first wife to talk about Rachel but she didn't want to talk about any of the "preparations" he was making for their daughter. Corday was quite upset about him deciding not to take anymore treatment. He didn't really tell anyone he wasn't coming back to the er, but he did take his personal pictures down out of his locker. He passed on his basketball to Carter. Greene had a patient who kept complaining about a hang nail and he looked at her and said "I have an inoperable brain tumor, there, I win." Greene also talked to a patient who just learned he was in the advanced stages of prostate cancer.

Abby learned that her "neighbor" had moved and she told Luca she wouldn't be staying with him anymore. He seemed kind of bummed about it.

That's all I can think of right now?

    Great recap, Ang!!

Someone told me that was Greene's last episode!!!! If so, I can't believe it! I just really thought we'd see him again as he faces the upcoming months. On the next episodes will they just act like he already died? It'd be weird to all of a sudden have no mention of him, especially to not see Corday have any reaction or lasting impact by it all???

I saw previews for NBC MAY episodes....and they will have Doctor Greene get sick and Dr. Courday have sceens with him dying...very sad....

not sure I like the new doctors....would love Abby and Carter to get together....Luca and Dr. Lewis could start something..

Was also impressed with Dr. Romano telling Elizabeth Courday = He is your husband....go be with him....
