    Are you an organized person?

I swiped this from another board and I thought it was kind of cute...

    So... What/who are you?

    The Soveriegn of Structure
Your closets are neat. You have a month of meals planned. Your Christmas shopping is not only done but wrapped and you have a date marked on your calendar as to when they need to go to the post office. Oh and the last time you cleaned your toilet you also cleaned the toilet brush afterwards!

    Earl of Order
OK so you don't wash out the toilet brush, but your house is neat enough to have company in 15 minutes and you have at least a week of meals planned.

    Duke of Dichotomy
You have people fooled - at least most of them. Your life is arranged in distincly separate areas of cleanliness and clutter. But most of the public places are well-organized. It's just the basement that really needs work.

    Mad Monarch
You have a few people fooled. Because there are a few islands of calm among you clutter. The PTA thinks your the best 'cause you can organize a classroom party last minute, but they haven't ever been in your house and aren't likely to be invited anytime soon. If you did need to host an event you would have to devote at least 20 hours to cleaning.

    Count of Chaos
You can't find clean undies in the morning. Your sink would put the County Health Department into fits. The dog goes without food on a regular basis and the backseat of your car isn't recognizable.

I think according to that list, I would have to be considered the Duke of Dichotomy. I wish I were a little more organized and do plan to be once I finish school.

I would have to say that I'm some wheres around the Duke of Dichotomy leaning slightly to Mad Monarch.

I try to be organize, but house gets cluttered often but can be quickly cleared for appearances when needed.

I'm closer to Earl of Order than any of the others... My house is very much in order and anyone could pretty much drop by at any time... but I no way have weeks of meals planned ahead of time. LOL I only WISH I had all of my Christmas shopping done and all my gifts wrapped... definitely not something I've EVER done ahead of time. LOL

I guess I would be the Earl of Order, without all the meals planned in advanced

    Surprised

I don't know if I really want to answer this!

I'm probably a mixture of Duke of Dichotomy, Mad Monarch & Count of Chaos.

My house is messy (not necessarily dirty, just in disarray). When I do a quick clean for short-term company I use some rooms just for stashing stuff I don't have time to completely straighten. It wouldn't take me 20+hours to clean if I didn't have 5 kids messing things up behind me.

My car is definitely a mess!
Wouldn't it be nice if every time we messed up our life we could press CTRL ALT DEL and start all over??

I'm pretty much the duke also. Without the pre-planned meals. I can't predict with regularity when we'll even eat at home. Thank God for the microwave. Don't know what I'd do if I had to thaw meat for dinner the "old fashioned" way. I don't thaw unless I'm 100% sure I have time to cook. LOL.

My life is color coded, but I am flexible enough to go with the flow.

I don't however recognize the back seat of the Expedition. It's full of stadium seats, blankets, rain gear etc. I'm glad now that football season is over. I guess I could get that straightened up now.
