    silk ideas

Okay this may seem like a strange request, but I know you all come up with great ideas in time of need.
This year my bil/sil celebrated their 12th anniversary...which by traditional standards calls for a gift of silk.
My bil started giving dh and I traditional gifts when we got married and the tradition has continued back and forth.
We don't spend much money and basically the gifts are gag gifts. For example....COTTON- he filled every nook and cranny of our house with cotton balls, BRASS was year #8 so he had the number shaped out of brass for us. We have had fun with these over the years.
Now my dilema.....for our 12th they gave us a silk flower. We've never repeated gifts (they are married 5 years less than us). I am drawing a total blank for SILK! My first thought was silk undies, but we did cotton undies for the cotton year.
    Come on you all....HELP!

Silk undies would be good. Silk scarf/tie. the movie Silkwood. A silkscreen t-shirt. Silk plant (not flowers!)

My first thought was silk boxers and undies. Ann had some great ideas.

What a fun way to celebrate your (and their) anniversary!

How about silk stockings? Or just silk pillowcases (a complete sheet set would be too expensive) Or... how about a couple of drawer/closet sachets made of silk hearts?

    Thanks for the great ideas!

I stumbled across a gift yesterday at the grocery store-I was looking for razors and found some "silky" touch BIC disposable ones! Guess what they are getting!
