Ghostly thing!!

Howdy,
I just finished my surfing and posting. I closed out the explorer program and diconnected to the server.

Here I am throwing another load of wash in, and what do I hear?? The modem is dialing up to connect to the server!!

Can anyone explain this???

I have had this happen before too. I think that if you get bumped off for some reason that it may automatically try and reconnect you.

That's wierd... I've never had that happen before. I'll bet it really freaked you out though. LOL

Do you use Napster at all? My sister had this happen if they disconnect, but don't close out of Napster - it will automatically try to reconnect them...

Check your settings; you might be set up to automatically reconnect after a set time period.
