Recycle Christmas cards - This idea works great with 2 year olds who are just beginning to do crafts. Cut out images from the cards. Let the toddler use the glue sticks and place the images onto the construction paper. You may need to help with the cutting a little bit!
Christmas Stars - Cut a sheet of wax paper. Make a star with the glue on the wax paper. THen sprinkle it with glitter. Let it dry on the wax paper for two days, then peel it off and put a ribbon through it and tie a bow. Now you have a simple decoration for the tree.
